- Private (Self-Funded) Care
If you're unsure what support may be available, please get in touch. We're always happy to discuss your circumstances and help you explore the options available to you.
We understand that arranging care can feel overwhelming, especially when you're trying to navigate the costs involved. The good news is that financial support may be available, depending on your individual circumstances.
If you have savings and assets below the current financial threshold of £23,250, you may be eligible for funding from your local authority following a care needs assessment and financial assessment. Those with assets between £14,250 and £23,250 may also qualify for some financial support towards the cost of their care.
For individuals with significant, ongoing, or complex health needs, it may be possible to receive NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) funding. This is a package of care arranged and funded entirely by the NHS for people whose primary need for care is health-related, regardless of their financial circumstances.
Our team is happy to provide guidance and signpost you to the relevant services that can help determine what funding you may be entitled to. We understand that every situation is unique, and we're here to support you through the process with care, compassion, and understanding.
