Our Pledge to You

You, the customer, will shape what we do and how we do it. We are not the expert on what is good for you. You are.

If you are ever unhappy, tell us. The problem will be rectified on the same day. We need to know in order to be better so critical feedback is welcome.

If contacting any of the team you will be replied to on the same day. We are available 7 days a week between 8am and 8pm.

Our aims working with you, your carer and family include sustaining relationships based upon trust and respect, keeping you safe, reducing isolation, setting new achievable goals with assistance to reach them and peace of mind. Our relationship with you is key.

Our work is action orientated on your behalf. Quick, clear (no jargon), reliable and consistent. Keep it simple. We prefer to be in front of you and not a desk.

We will meet and assess you within 48 hours of first contact with our self-funder assessment service and get things moving immediately because this is what you should expect.

At our discretion we will continue support individuals at no cost who are in hardship.

Our Coordinators and Companions who help you have been carefully chosen to complete work on behalf of Age Care Advice. Do ask how we find the best people it’s an unusual approach. We don’t have layers of management. Everyone has full control over what they do, where they are, who they see day to day. Trusted and free to flourish.

We will never reach perfection however it will never diminish a drive to get there.

From any income we receive, significant funds are reinvested back into local charities who we know well and who truly make a difference to people’s lives. We will contribute a minimum of £2,000 a month to these charities. See below.
